Application Form

Once you read the instructions click on “Proceed” to CAN Registration/Login page as shown below

You can search your “CAN Number” using Mobile Number/Email-ID/Applicant Name as shown in the above image.

Revenue Village / கிராமம்* | you have to select the Village Details under which you belong to. |
Land Type* | Select the type of land either Wet or Dry |
Survey No.* | Select the Survey No. of your Land |
Patta No.* | Enter the Patta No. in his column |
Land Area (in Hectares)* | Land Area Detail needs to be entered in Hectares because it will be validated. |
Land Area (in Acres) | Details need to be entered in Acres so that the difference can be known. |
Value (Rs.)* | Need to Enter the value of Land in this column because it will give a clarification about total land Value owned. |
Share Percentage* | Enter the share percentage of the Land in this column |
Remarks | If you have any remarks related to the Land details, you can mention here so that the necessary action can be taken against it. |
Add | Add if you need to add additional details of the Land, you can click on it |
Total Land Area (in Acres) | Enter the total Land area in Acres in this column |
Submit | Click on Submit to proceed with the document uploading |
Cancel | If you like to cancel, you can also do it by clicking on it. |
Once uploaded the documents, pay the amount of Rs.60 and download the Acknowledgement form which can be used for future reference.
