Below are the details, you had to enter to register an account in the PM Grievance portal

|Gender||Choose either Male/Female/Transgender|
|Address||Enter your full address in this column|
|Sub-locality||Sub locality of your Area need to be entered here|
|Locality||Enter your locality of the address|
|Country||Choose your Country from the Dropdown box in this column|
|State||Choose your state in which you live in this column|
|District||Choose the District from the dropdown list.|
|Pincode||Enter your Area Pincode in this column|
|Mobile Number||Enter your Personal Mobile Number in this column which is mandatory.|
|Phone Number||Enter your Landline Number if you have one otherwise leave it blank|
|E-mail Address||Enter your E-mail address where you will get the status of your grievance|
|Are you an Ex-Service Man||Choose either Yes/No|
|Security Code||Enter the Security Code/Captcha shown in the Image|
|Save||Click on Save once you enter all the details|
Once you click on save, you will be redirected to create a unique username and password for your account to create an account.
Register a Grievance Online
Once the account is created in the Grievance Portal, you can click on here to go for Login Page
Enter your Mobile/Email ID/Username and login with your password to get into the PM Grievance portal.
You have the below list of Options in the PM grievance portal
- Lodge Public Grievance
- Account Activity
- Edit Profile
- Change Password
- Sign Out
To Lodge, the Grievance, choose the option – Lodge Public Grievance
Below are the Terms and conditions which you need to read before lodging a Grievance
Once you read the terms, click on “I agree” and Submit, then you had to select the Services from the below-Listed options in which you had to register the complaint

Enter Registration number which is the Grievance number you got after registering a complaint.
Enter Email-id or Mobile Number, security code and submit it finally to view the status of the Grievance you registered.
