in my case first options is yes (only mother graduate) and second option (No).In this case i have applied the certificate but its got rejected saying this should be Applicant submitted to VAO first and not to directly to ZDT/HDT.But the application is online.how come we know this will direct to them.If its rejected,then they should say the reason for rejection but this makes us to visit the office for clarifications.
