Once you enter the OTP, you will see the below page

Gender / பாலினம் | Choose the Gender |
| Father’s Name / தந்தையின் பெயர் | Enter your Father’s Name in this column |
| Age / வயது | Enter your Age in this field |
| No. of People / பயணிகள் எண்ணிக்கை | Enter the Number of Travellers required to move which can be maximum of 3 including Driver |
| ID Proof of Applicant (Any One) / விண்ணப்பதாரர் அடையாள சான்று வகை | Choose the ID proof either Ration Card, Aadhaar Card, etc,. |
| ID Proof Number / விண்ணப்பதாரர் அடையாள சான்று எண் | Enter the Proof Number of the selected document |
| Copy of Id Proof Selected Above / தேர்ந்தெடுக்கப்பட்ட விண்ணப்பதாரர் அடையாள சான்று | Upload the Proof Document in this column |
| Type of Vehicle / வாகன வகை | Choose the Vehicle Type either Bike, Bus, Car or Van |
| Vehicle Number / வாகன எண் | Enter the Vehicle Registration Number |

Travel Details
Once you fill the Basic details of the Pass, click on Next to move to Travel Details page
Travel Details of the Applicant and others should be in the below column in which step by step details given below
| From Address / புறப்படும் இடம் | Select the Source Address from where you start the Travel |
| To Address / சேரும் இடம் | Enter the Destination Address in this field |
| Source State | State will be default as Tamil Nadu |
| Destination State | To Address state will also Tamil Nadu if you choose Within or Outside District in Basic Pass details |
| Source District | Enter the Source District from where you start the Journey |
| Destination District | Enter the Destination District details in this column |
| Source Taluk | Select the SourceTaluk of your Hometown |
| Destination | Enter the Taluk details of the destination address which is optional |
| Source Address Pincode / அஞ்சல் குறியீடு | Enter the Pincode of your Source Address |
| Destination Pin | Details of the destination Pincode address |
Once you fill all the necessary details, click on Next to move to the next field in the application form for the TN ePass Online
Document
In this Document column, you had to upload the necessary document as per the reason which you selected in the Basic Pass Details.
Since I had chosen the reason as “Marriage”, the invitation needs to be uploaded int he document column as per the above Image.
